We are thrilled to announce the latest addition to our team, Aaron Glover. Aaron joins us as the head of our Academy and brings with him a wealth of experience and a strong strategic mindset that promises to elevate our club to new heights.
Aaron’s impressive background includes extensive coaching experience, notably serving as a Head Coach within the 2013’s Bolton Wanderers Academy. His dedication to developing young talent is evident from his time working closely with the Irish Football Association (IFA), including a notable period in Portugal studying youth football.
Upon taking up the role Aaron commented “I am truly delighted to join Crewe as Head of the Youth Academy. I look forward to getting to know the Crewe community and over the coming season working with our coaches to inspire our current youth and future youth to fulfil their potential.”
Aaron’s ambition aligns perfectly with our commitment to nurturing the talents of our boys and girls. We eagerly look forward to seeing his innovative strategies and coaching expertise in action supporting our brilliant academy coaches.
